Cancellation of last meeting !

 There seems to have been a little confusion regarding the May meeting.

a) Mr Ken Thomas is ill and was unable to do the April meeting as arranged and indicated that he would not be well enough to take the May meeting.

b) The Secretary had already spoken at short notice in the April meeting, and had not put out any publicity the May meeting since he knew there was not a speaker available.

c) Apologies to the eight people who had turned up, and the blame falls on the Secretary for not making the position clear.

d) The Committee will be meeting in the summer to review the way forward.

e) The AGM will be held as normal on the second Monday evening in September, hopefully eniugh of those interested will be present to put the Society on a sure footing.

Hopefully, this makes the position clear.
